Born and raised in Somerville, Daniela knows Greater Boston and the surrounding suburbs like the back of her hand. Her deep understanding of market trends, property taxes, and zoning laws helps guide clients to properties that make the most sense for them.
After completing her undergraduate degree in international economics at Suffolk University, Daniela spent the early part of her career in finance and later in event marketing. She understands what it takes to bring a property to market and what it takes to close the deal. Working with buyers, she carefully evaluates their goals to guide the search for a property they can call home. For investors, she analyzes income potential of each property and provides advice to help them meet their investment objectives.

As an Accredited Buyers’ Representative, she has specialty training to serve the specific needs of homebuyers at every stage of their transactions. When Daniela’s not busy working for her clients, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog Tula, a golden retriever in training as a volunteer therapy dog at MGH. When she’s not in Boston, she can usually be found at her house on Cape Cod, working on home improvement projects there.
