I can not say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Daniela. During the entire search process, she made it feel like I was her only client (though I'm sure I wasn't). She is extremely engaged in your search for the right property, taking into account all your specific concerns and adding her own expertise to your perspective. I learned so much from her about home values, taxes, different towns and advantages and disadvantages to various neighborhoods and communities.
She walks you through the bidding process and all the legal documentation, explaining what everything means. At every point in the buying process, she is there to patiently and expertly explain every step. She truly made buying a house a far less stressful ordeal than I expected! She is also a great liaison with the lawyers and bankers and her relationships with them made things a lot easier as well. She as an advocate for her clients and will stick up for you in the negotiating process, both in regards to money but also agreeing on who is responsible for repairs, improvements, etc, before anything is signed.
